STRENGTH TRAINING ANATOMY
Frederic Delavier, one book of the many that he wrote. This one is the first one that ever came into my hands. It was my first “GYM book” and I am so grateful to the person that gave it to me. This book is a best seller in France and US, it is for a good reason.
TOTAL RECALL
The book is Arnold Schwarzenegger autobiography. Whether you like him or not, you will find this book inspiring as he conquered every aspect of his life, and became everything he wanted to be. This is personal development book, A MUST READ.
IT’S NOT OVER UNTIL YOU WIN !
Written by Les Brown, another personal development book. I re-read every day if I need an inspiration about a specific situation. Great to read when you wake up and set some goals for the day.
ELON MUSK : HOW THE BILLIONAIRE CEO OF SPACEX AND TESLA IS SHAPING OUR FUTURE
You daily dose how hardwork “if you work 100 hours a week, you can do in 5 months what another person is doing in 1 year, working 40 hours a week”
MANAGING ONESELF
In this very short book (not even 60 pages) Peter F. Drucker explains the ways to get a successful career. The keys are so clearly written that’s why the book is so short, no fillers, just the core, the most important part. How to fix yourself and why it is important to know your flaws and strengths. The best books to start a personal development journey. Strongly recommended and very cheap.
